The Project. We have won the Public Sector Risk Management Award at the annual CIR Risk Management awards with Northern Ireland Water (NI Water). The RICS award recognises a ground-breaking anaerobic digestion process which will replace the existing on-site sludge incineration, with an energy generating green solution. Working collaboratively, the team masterminded an innovative and sustainable sewage treatment works which will act as a regional sludge facility, providing greater flexibility across the whole of Yorkshire. Narec, the National Renewable Energy Centre, which we helped bring to life, has picked up both the Project of the Year (£10m - £50m) and Judges’ Supreme Award at the 2013 Construction News Awards.
